Shipping & Delivery Policy

At Austreats, we provide two distinct services: delivering authentic Australian products already in Thailand and a dedicated Personal Shipping Service from Australia to your door.

1. Local Thailand Delivery (In-Stock Items)

For all items currently in stock at our Thailand or Laos warehouse:

  • Dispatch Days: Orders leave our warehouse every Monday and Thursday. We may increase dispatch days during busy periods to ensure faster delivery.
  • Courier Partners: Once dispatched, orders are handed to leading Thailand couriers (such as Kerry Express, Flash, or J&T).
  • Tracking Information: You will receive your tracking number via email or SMS on the evening of the dispatch day.
  • Estimated Arrival:
    • Bangkok & Central Thailand: 2–3 business days after dispatch.
    • Upcountry/Remote Provinces: 3–5 business days after dispatch.

2. Personal Shipping Service (Australia to Thailand)

For customers using our shipping service to forward items purchased in Australia:

  • Consolidation: Your items are received and safely stored at our Australian facility until the next container loading.
  • Container Schedule: Our sea freight containers depart Australia approximately every 6 weeks.
  • Transit Time: The ocean journey and customs clearance process takes approximately 4 weeks.
  • Final Delivery: Once your items clear customs and reach our Thailand warehouse, they are processed and dispatched during our next Monday/Thursday cycle.
  • Total Lead Time: Please expect a total door-to-door timeline of 5 to 10 weeks, depending on when your item arrives at our Australian warehouse relative to our next sailing.
